Our partners

We couldn’t do what we do without our huge community of partners working together to support those seeking sanctuary.

Travers Smith

Leading law firm Travers Smith have been instrumental in our operation and success for over 10 years. As well as providing extensive pro-bono support and advice, two members of the senior team currently sit on our board. We are immeasurably grateful for our ongoing partnership.

Our funders

Refugees at Home is deeply grateful to all our funders for their invaluable help in working towards a future where nobody seeking sanctuary faces sleeping on the street.

Our referral partners

We’re proud to work with a network of leading and grassroots organisations who refer potential guests and provide ongoing support. These include nationwide organisations such as the British Red Cross, Refugee Council and Scottish Refugee Council; homeless charities such as Glass Door; regional or local organisations such as Roundabout and AFRIL, and  LGBTQ+ charities such as MicroRainbow.

Together with Migrant Children

We have an ongoing partnership with our friends at Together with Migrant Children for placements involving families with children, and age-dispute cases. The organisation also provides invaluable mentoring, training, and safeguarding support to our team.

Founders’ Circle

Our Founders’ Circle are a dedicated group of generous supporters who donate a minimum of £150 a month to help us continue our work. All our Founders’ Circle members receive exclusive perks, including an invitation to our annual dinner and summer party, regular updates from our senior team, and early access to reports and behind-the-scenes information. To find out more about joining, email fundraising@refugeesathome.org.

Our networks

We’re proud to be a part of several coalitions and networks working together to create a more effective charity sector and improve the lives of those who come to the UK. These include Together with Refugees, the No Accommodation Network (NACCOM), and ACEVO.

We’re proud to be a part of the Trauma Informed Hosting Coalition, a group of non-profit refugee organisations working to provide better, consistent support for victims of trauma being hosted in the UK and those around them.
