We know this is an uncertain time for you as you look for a place to stay.  You will find information in the links below that will help you find out if we may be able to assist you and discover how we might be able to help. Please make sure you read these prior to applying, our website offers you the facility to translate our web pages, but you must complete your application in English.

Hosting is when a volunteer offers their spare room for refugees to stay for a short period.  Our hosts have been assessed and registered with us to ensure they are safe for you to stay with.

You will live as part of the household, and you will usually have your own room to stay in.  You will not pay any money to stay with the host, but you will be required to ensure you are doing everything you can to secure longer term accommodation.  We will discuss this with you when we consider your application.

In order to apply directly to us, you must:

• Have refugee status in the UK
• Be able to communicate with us in English
• Have people who will be willing to provide a character reference for you
• You must complete the application form yourself with as much detail as possible
• If you are hoping to come to the UK under the Homes for Ukraine programme, you should read our guide for Ukrainian guests before applying
